Kashika Prathiraja has graduated from a leading university in Ireland - the University College of Dublin, and NIBM  Sri Lanka, an experienced IT professional with over 11 years of industry exposure with an ability to grasp latest technologies and principles, and trends in the field of IT.

He adapted to customer's requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and delivering data-driven insights; seeking opportunities to leverage agile practices and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful business solutions is our Head of IT Projects Management.

As an   Implementation Consultant for Infor, he served at their projects with word’s leading Brands and Companies such as LEVI, PVH, Patagonia, Burton, Lululemon, WSI (under projects with Infor) also as an  IT  Consultant with Xinotech Technology - Canada, B.C on Yellow Heart, ACE Limousine, Thimble.io Projects.

Kashika excelled in IT Project Management, involved in IT Projects: Key personnel in requirement elicitation, and client communication in the team project; facilitated effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Managed project documentation related to business specifications and system requirements specifications as well.

Kasihka had worked closely and built positive relationships with client's project team to maintain customer satisfaction; leveraged product expertise to guide clients on solutions and configurations that best meets their needs;  collaborated with solution architects and principal consultants in designing solutions; contributed to standardize internal features which immenselyhelped the team to reduce future development efforts; configured Infor Nexus solution and collaborated with technical teamsfor integrations and customizations; created and shared documents to L1/L2 support teams which helpedthem to resolve issues within the given SLAs; and played the lead analyst role to support the procurement pay, supplychain optimization and factory management implementations inPhillips-Van Heusen project.

Kashika had extensively worked with Mihindu (Head of Software & Platform Development) when they were engaged in developing of Mobile Apps and online portals to conduct Risk Analysis integrated with dash-boards for handling insurance Risk Inspections and Insurance Claims efficiently for Cosmecx then as an external consultant.
